Experience and constant development
Our Consultants in Business Consulting (search & selection) have 15 years of experience in the Human Resources arena and have taken an active and leading role in this field in Poland. We have experience in working with Clients from different industries from both Polish and international firms, frequently making use of our fluency in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
Teamwork
We believe passionately in teamwork and so all of our projects are a collaboration: Senior Consultant and Researcher accompanied by the company's founder, Iwona Szybka, who together with a lead Senior Consultant maintains personal contact with the Client from the beginning through the whole process. Therefore the client can be always updated on the process realization by any of the Team members.
