The administrator of personal data<\/strong>\u00a0is Business Consulting Iwona Szybka with its registered office in Warsaw at Ul. Wyspia\u0144skiego 4\/5 (hereinafter BC). BC is an entity fully respecting the rules on the protection of personal data provided for in Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (” GDPR”).<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Candidate participating in recruitment projects<\/strong>\u00a0implemented by BC is entitled to full rights guaranteed by the above-mentioned regulations, ie the right to inspect their data, the possibility of correcting them, modifying them, removing them from the BC database or objecting to processing at any candidate’s request.<\/p>\n

\u2022 BC ensures full security and confidentiality<\/strong>\u00a0of the collected data through the use of modern information technologies (including encryption of data using the SSL 128bit security protocol, https protocol). BC has also implemented and uses internal documents regulating the principles of security and data protection, ie Security Policy and Instruction for managing the IT system used to process personal data.<\/p>\n

All the above-mentioned procedures and technical safeguards ensure complete security and integrity of the data collected and processed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 BC informs candidates<\/strong>\u00a0that all materials and data sent by them are transferred voluntarily and will be used only for the needs of recruitment projects currently being implemented and in the future. Data submitted to BC is not subject to profiling.<\/p>\n

\u2022 BC informs that<\/strong>, as a rule, it does not collect or process the so-called specific categories of personal data, i.e. data referred to in art. 9 GDPR on the protection of personal data revealing: racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, religious, party or trade union membership, as well as data on health status, genetic code, addictions or sex life and data on convictions, sentences on punishment and penal fines, as well as other judgments issued in court or administrative proceedings.\u00a0With regards to the above, BC kindly asks candidates for not sending the indicated data<\/strong>, in any form (also in sent applications \/ CVs, cover letters, correspondence and other documents). In the event that for the purposes of a specific recruitment some of the above mentioned data were necessary, BC will ask the candidate for their transfer and for a separate written consent to the processing of the data in question.<\/p>\n

GDPR INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

BC processes personal data of the candidates<\/strong>\u00a0and<\/strong>\u00a0the clients\u00a0<\/strong>in their companies in order to carry out the recruitment process.<\/p>\n

The legal basis for the processing of personal data\u00a0<\/strong>of clients is taking action to conclude a contract and strive for its implementation (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the GDPR) and the legitimate interest of BC (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR), and in case of the candidates\/job applicants – legitimate interest of BC (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) and consent to data processing (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR O).<\/p>\n

Processed categories of your personal data<\/strong>\u00a0are personal data of the clients and their employees as well as personal data provided by the candidates\/job applicants as part of the recruitment process (included in the BC website form and CV).<\/p>\n

The recipient of personal data are<\/strong>\u00a0BC Consultants aiming at concluding and implementing contracts with clients, and conducting recruitment processes for their implementation. In addition, in the case of personal data of the candidates, the recipients of the data are also BC customers, but each time prior to the transfer of BC will obtain consent to forward the candidate data to the client.<\/p>\n

Customers’ personal data<\/strong>\u00a0will be kept for the duration of the contract and 3\u00a0years from its completion, while the data of the candidates will be kept until they withdraw their consent for processing or until 3\u00a0years since they were registered.<\/p>\n

The persons whose data is processed by BC\u00a0<\/strong>have the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to data processing, the right to withdraw any consent at any time.<\/p>\n

The persons also have the right<\/strong>\u00a0to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, when they consider that the processing of personal data concerning them by BC violates the provisions of the GDPR.<\/p>\n

COOKIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 In connection with running and sharing the content of the Business Consulting website (saearch & selection) cookies, i.e. information saved by servers on the user’s end device, which servers can read every time that this terminal device connects. Cookies usually contain the domain name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Cookies\u00a0<\/strong>are used to create statistics that help to understand how website users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In many cases, software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored in the user’s end device by default. Website users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform about their every posting in the user’s device of the website. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings. Failure to change the cookie settings means that they will be included in the user’s end device, and thus we will store information on the user’s end device and access this information.<\/p>\n
